Scott McKenna is a professional member of the International Society of Mine Safety Professionals (ISMSP), a certified instructor with the Mine Safety Health Administration, and an OSHA Certified Construction Trainer. He has over 10 years experience in the mining and construction industries and is active in the Joseph A. Holmes Safety Association among others. He has authored or contributed to several published articles on construction and mining safety and lectures on a regular basis to a wide variety of business and safety professionals. Mr. McKenna is also a certified trainer or instructor in a broad range of disciplines.
Sam Scribe is the President of Catamount Consulting of Pennsylvania. Sam has been an MSHA/OSHA Instructor & Motivational speaker for over 20 years. Sam promotes and motivates safe behavior through a unique style of training interacting with the class and making safety personal. Sam's mission is not just to instruct people but to motivate them to make safety a way of life.
Ron Witt has been involved with safety and safety training for over 24 years. His experience ranges from having worked in both mining and construction as well as being an instructor at both Penn State and Drexel University. In addition, Ron started his own safety training company including safety video productions tailored to mining and construction companies and topics. These experiences bring an extensive amount of safety knowledge and real world experience to our clients in both training and consulting. As a certified MSHA instructor, Master OSHA Instructor, ATSSA work zone Instructor or as an Instructor for the Rigging Institute, Ron can deliver quality, objective driven training classes to your operation.
Kellie Whitman has worked in various safety capacities, within the civil/heavy highway construction industry for over 10 years. She has both practical onsite safety construction experience combined with loss prevention management experience. Kellie spent 5 years in the field, overseeing safety on various construction projects and she then served as the Corporate Safety Director, moving to the Vice President of Health, Safety and Human Resoure for a large NY State heavy highway contractor for over 9 years. Since 2000, Kellie has been a member of the Associated General Contractors NYS Chapter Safety Committee, she was the Co-Chair of the Safety Committee from 2003-2005, and was awarded the Chairperson of the Year, by the AGC in 2003. Kellie is an OSHA Outreach Construction Safety and Health Instructor, and an American Red Cross Instructor. In 2006, Kellie was the creator and writer of the Safety First Column as seen in the Hard Hat News and Low Bidder publications.
