He is a professional member of the Society for Mining, Metallurgy & Exploration (SME), a certified instructor with the Mine Safety Health Administration, and an OSHA Certified Construction Trainer. He has over 25 years of experience in the mining and construction industries and is active in many associations. Scott’s passion for leadership development and creating peak performers have impacted clients resulting in increased employee engagement, reductions in safety violations, and the creation of successful safety cultures in companies nationwide.
He has authored or contributed to several published articles on construction and mining safety and regularly lectures to a wide variety of business and safety professionals.
