Steven is a former/retired law enforcement officer. A 32-year career in the home performance field, with over 20 years as an adult educator and technical trainer. In addition, Steven has taught health and safety, involving construction and residential work sites. Steven had held several national certifications with Building Performance Institution Inc, Home Inspections, professional trainer, and OSHA Authorized Trainer.
