MSHA Part 46 Annual Refresher Training: March – Lake George, NY

MSHA Part 46 Annual Refresher Training: March – Lake George, NY

Forklift operator working in a safe work zone

This course is designed to help you fulfill the Mining Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) Part 46 annual refresher requirements under Section 46.8. Part 46 applies to operators and contractors working at shell dredging, sand, gravel, surface stone, surface clay, colloidal phosphate, and surface limestone mines.

While this course covers the majority of the subjects recommended for annual refresher training, some requirements must still be completed separately. For example, MSHA regulations (46.8(b)) require a review of site-specific hazards, which must be conducted at your own mine location.

*First Aid/CPR/AED training and/or hearing testing are available at most locations for an additional fee, by advance request.
